Technical knowledge & experience:
Expert knowledge of the Basel 3/ CRD IV rules and associated CP's (including practical application)
Very good knowledge of the final Basel standards published by the Basel Committee in December 2017 – Basel 3.
Good understanding of the final CRRII rule
Good understanding of strategic capital concepts
Detailed financial markets product knowledge with regulatory rule book overlap
Good understanding of the structure of the balance sheet
Good knowledge of capital requirements under the advanced approach in order to advise on a possible migration to the advanced approach
A qualified accountant
