Regulatory Reporting Manager - Investment Banking

Regulatory Reporting Manager - Investment Banking - City of London - Salary up to £90,000 

A London-based global Investment Bank with operations in Fixed Income, Commodities and FX is looking to hire a Manager into their Regulatory Reporting function. 

This will be a broad role which will encompass reporting, stress testing, change and policy work. You'll manage a team and have exposure to members of the senior leadership team regularly. 

The business has operations globally and covers multiple product lines and geographies. The team in London is experienced and well-staffed, with strong investment in systems and people. 

As Regulatory Reporting Manager, this role offers a great step up for an experienced accountant who is looking to build on their existing management and technical knowledge, perhaps with a view to one day becoming Head of Regulatory Reporting. 

Responsibilities: 

• Management and guidance to a team of 4 regulatory accountants / analysts
• Production of COREP submissions
• Policy work including preparation and interpretation of new regulations (Basel 3.1)
• Ownership of capital and liquidity calculations and reporting. 
• Production of returns to PRA and EBA across capital, liquidity, large exposures, etc. 
• Support in production of financial statements, ICAAP, ILAAP and Pillar 3 docs. 
• Maintain controls framework across the function in line with Dear CEO principles 
• Partner with key stakeholders across the Bank

Requirements:

• Experience of supervising a Finance / Regulatory Reporting team 
• Knowledge of CRR2 and CRD IV
• Experience of reporting to the PRA and Bank of England and COREP framework 
• Strong communication and analytical skill set 
• ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualified would be beneficial.
