Restructuring Manager/ Senior Manager+

My client is a well regarded Global Consulting firm, who is looking for a Manager or Senior Manager to join their Restructuring team. Background& Qualifications

* Relevant and hands-on project management experience in restructuring gained in consulting, private equity, banking or industry (5-7 years).
* University degree or relevant school-leaver-program experience, ideally as well as a post graduate qualification (eg ACA/ACCA)
* Demonstrable experience in some of the following situations is essential
 Financial turnaround programs
 Cash and working capital management
 Building, reviewing and maintaining short term cash flow models
 Formulating, reviewing and analyzing business plans and financial forecasts
 Insolvency case management and progression
 Independent business reviews
 Distressed sales
