A unique opportunity has arisen in a growing team in London that need a key senior hire to manage their SPV and close ended structures from an administration, investor services and company secretarial services perspective.

Our client is looking to identify an individual that understand the Investor Services for a client and has experience of managing these processes person from the an administration, investor services and company secretarial services perspective.

Our client is looking for someone to :

Attend and co-ordinate board of director meetings and provide the correct company secretarial and transactional documents needed at that meeting.
Ensure the compliance with the legal and statutory obligations.
Act as main contact for their strategic account clients

It is important the person has had previous AIF and SPV administration and company secretarial support at a Managerial level.

For the right candidate a brilliant opportunity as the culture and understanding from senior management about providing an environment for people to enjoy coming to work has been achieved.
