A multinational technology company within the fintech space is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst. The Senior FP&A Analyst will work at an EMEA level and will lead the EMEA group budgeting, forecasting & analysis as well as providing insightful commentary and reporting to the senior management team. This Senior FP&A Analyst position is a high profile role within the EMEA group with significant exposure to some of the most senior people in the organisation. The Senior FP&A Analyst will report to the FP&A Manager and will play a key role in the continued growth of the business.
The Senior FP&A Analyst will work closely with regional heads of department across the EMEA region to drive improvements in business performance through financial analysis and actionable insights. The key facet of this role is to provide the business with greater insight into business performance, profitability and how to improve margins. Therefore this role will have a tangible commercial impact on the organisation.

The ideal profile would be a qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA / CA or equivalent) with some post-qualified experience in a financial analysis or FP&A type role. Exposure to budgeting, forecasting & analysis is essential. Experience within the technology sector would be a bonus but the client is open to candidates from any industry as long as you have worked within a fast paced, complex business.
