Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, this is a critical role within a high performance commercial finance team of 4 personnel. The role has a broad reach encompassing aspects of sales, marketing and operations, as well as investment, lettings and data strategy.
Leveraging relationships across multiple teams within a matrix structure, the successful applicant will work closely with the commercial finance and FP&A manager to ensure that the team delivers a first-class business partnering relationship to drive financial performance whilst supporting delivery of the strategic financial planning, budgeting and forecasting cycle, and conducting financial modelling and analysis to support senior stakeholders including the Board and Executive with critical decision making.

We are looking for an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified individual with 1/2+ PQE. Ideally this will have been within the Real Estate, Hospitality, Leisure or FMCG space - although this is not essential. Extensive previous commercial experience is not essential, but you will need to demonstrate a commercial mindset to be considered for the role.
Salary: £65k/£70k + Bonus & Benefits
