Senior Fund Controller, Private Debt

We are excited to be hiring a Senior Fund Controller for a high performing Private Debt Fund in central London. You will be managing a small team of fund accountants and being responsible for all the funds covered by their team. You will have relevant fund controlling experience across either Private Debt or Private Equity funds. We are seeking a high calibre individual for this role.

The Role:

• External Fund Accounting and Reporting - review of quarterly and annual reporting to Limited Partners e.g. Financial statements and Partner statements
• Fund Operations - review of Drawdown / Distribution calculations and notices and monitoring cash & liquidity
• Internal Fund Accounting and Reporting - developing and improving internal reporting outputs
• Creation and implementation of new procedures in regard to new fund structures and functions
• Quarterly reporting manuals for any new funds.
• Limited Partner Requests - monitoring and review of audit; regular and adhoc requests.
• Training - developing the understanding of the Fund Accountants regarding the Fund structures, software and processes

Requirements:

• You will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a relevant amount of post-qualification experience
• A background in either Private Debt or Private Equity fund accounting
• Formal managerial experience
• Excellent all-rounder
