Leading challenger bank, based London are looking for a senior manager, FP&A to report to the CFO. The Senior FP&A Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality reporting and analysis to business leaders covering financial and wider balance scorecard performance metrics. It also encompasses owning the financial budget and investment models for the business.

Forecasting

Strategic input and creation of the annual budget and monthly forecast to support profit and loss, balance sheet, cashflow and regulatory forecasts for capital and liquidity
Ensure all forecasting financial models are up to date
Develop and own the in-house Financial reporting system

Regulatory Forecasting and modelling

Stress test business plans for ICAAP and ILAAP
Update Liquidity and Regulatory Capital calculations and ensure both internal and external guidelines are being met

Data Analysis

Automate data collection and manipulation processes
Analyse data to provide objective view of true performance
Undertake regular data audits and quality checks to ensure adequacy, accuracy, availability, and legitimacy of data and manage actions to resolve any non-conformances
Be a key contact for financial analysis of business case requests from the wider business
Create and maintain weekly/monthly MI reports to present the health of the business

Reporting

Act as the main point of contact for data and reporting requirements within Finance
Produce executive papers, investor packs and shareholder presentations
Analyse end-user reporting requirements across multiple departments and develop reports and dashboards as per business requirements
