Senior Risk Officer - Post-Brexit Regulations

Responsibilities:

1. Analyse Brexit requirements
   1. Review Brexit requirements
   2. Assess the impact on UK GB activities and processes
   3. Identify areas of risks, and evaluate them

1. Control design and implementation
   1. Define and implement relevant controls to manage Brexit risks.
   2. Perform the related controls
   3. Propose enhancements to embed control points within Business processes, and/or to incorporate them into automated checks within BNPP systems
   4. Build a reporting process and dashboard to be shared with UK and Central Management
   5. Ensure remediation action plans are defined when relevant
   6. Follow-up the implementation of remediation actions
   7. Train other team members or colleagues to execute the new controls

Desired skills:

• Demonstrable knowledge of:
  • GB activities, and ideally Capital Markets;
  • Brexit requirements (strong advantage)
• Experience of Operational Risk through previous roles/experience in 1/2/3 LOD [Lines Of Defence];
• Proven experience of identifying risks in processes, and subsequently designing relevant controls to capture these risks
• Ability to use Excel and Powerpoint proficiently
