As a Senior Transfer Pricing Manager, you will be joining a global technology business in London.
Key responsibilities:
- Working with various teams in local subsidiaries to identify whether solutions developed centrally can be implemented in full in the local subsidiaries in the region. Or, identifying any adaptions to these solutions and working with local staff to implement the revised solution
- Monitoring business developments in the local subsidiaries and in local TP law to ensure compliance with local TP arrangements
- Supporting APA applications, TP and other audits and enquiries for subsidiaries in the region including developing materials, attending tax authority meetings and leading negotiations
- Manage transfer pricing documentation for the region and assisting local finance and tax staff to complete and submit other TP returns and information requests
- Providing support to local and regional CFOs and other staff on TP matters and ensuring that changes in TP laws are shared
- Provide TP training internally
- Identifying opportunities for improving the TP position of subsidiaries in the region
Skills & Experience required:
- Awareness of developments in TP law and practice globally and how MNCs respond to these
- Strong experience in developing TP solutions and implementing solutions in areas such as legal agreements, accounting, processes and controls, IT systems etc.
- Extensive experience in a major accounting firm or industry
