- Review of new legislation
- Technical review of new legislation to help determine impact on Morgan Stanley. This may include:
- CRDV/ CRR2 related legislation impacting EU jurisdictions along with the national implementation of these regulations in Germany
- IFD / IFR related legislation impacting EU jurisdiction along with the national implementation of these regulations in France and Ireland
- Amendments to UK legislation on-shoring EU regulations
- New PRA / FCA rulebooks to be introduced post the finalisation of the Financial Services bill, including the implementation of CRR2 related requirements
- Proposals relating to CRDVI / CRR3
- Support related project work
