Workday System Analyst / Data Analyst - Private Equity

You will:

• Be responsible for extracting, manipulating, analysing and, crucially, interpreting our data to support stakeholders, allowing them to make decisions from a position of knowledge.
• Provide ongoing consultation to the HR team, building systems knowledge, gathering requirements, providing impact analysis and solutions

You will need:

• Experience working as a data analyst, with proven ability to manage data models via databases as well as to organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience working with a variety of visualisation tools, such as Power BI
• Experience with Workday
