Goodman Masson are supporting a large Commercial Bank in the hire for a Senior Operational Risk Manager - Infrastructure Risk Specialist on a permanent basis. Salary: Up to £140,000 Location: Milton Keynes (Remote/Flexible - 3 days in the office a month) Sponsorship provided. This role is well-suited to candidates with demonstrable experience of * Network Communication Systems, architectures deploying, and operating fault tolerant, high scale, distributed networks, especially LAN/WAN & Wi-Fi architectures * CCIE, CCNA, CCNP, AWS Certified Advanced Networking. * Load Balancers (LTM and GTM) preferably F5 related products * Cloud AWS, Azure and Cisco ACI

Responsibilities:

To deliver oversight, advisory and guidance on infrastructure related risks.
To support as needed the digital/technology transformation of the bank from a technical risk management perspective.
To develop effective and collaborative relationship with all 1LoD and Group key stakeholders.
Acts as a subject matter expert across risk areas of specialism, regarded throughout risk and key business areas as the first point of call for advice
Support the Head of Cyber and New Technology Operational Risk to bring together a holistic picture of the technology risk across the bank and to enhance the risk management framework and tools to better capture and report on technology risk
To maintain up-to-date in-depth industry and technical expertise in the areas of focus.
