Reading, Bristol or Oxford, my client is seeking a Tax Advisory focused professional with experience working with Owner Managed Business!

Morgan McKinley is supporting a Top 10 Accounting Practice in their recruitment for a fully advisory focused Tax Assistant Manager (Advisor) on a permanent basis, located in one of either Bristol, Reading or Oxford.

Our client is an internationally operating, full service and award winning Accounting Practice that are investing into their UK Wide tax team. The team specialises in providing high quality advisory and planning services to entrepreneurial and high net worth individuals, their families, and their businesses, covering areas such as business structuring, inheritance tax and estate planning, among much more!

You will be tasked with:

• meeting clients and helping them to operate in a tax-efficient manner
• complete technical research for a range of complex advisory projects
• the production of high quality tax reports to advise clients, whilst also being in charge of communicating with HMRC
• keep up to date on any and all legislation changes (UK and International)
• helping develop the overall service offering (BD, Marketing, onboarding)

Ideally you will be ATT, CTA or ACA qualified with demonstrable advisory experience, an eagerness to develop and utilise deep technical knowledge, and have experience working with Owner Managed Businesses (OMB's).
