Process Design Consultant (Merchant Services)
Job Description: Line of Business Role Description Program Manager - Accountable for the development, improvement and execution of processes. Focus is on long-term strategic goals. Ensures full integration of all process and linkage to best practices. Accountable for the achievement of breakthrough productivity, customer satisfaction and continuous process improvements.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Work with SMEs to document and analyze existing processes
- Assess and interpret business objectives to document business requirements in functional design documents and develop future state processes
- Support integration of new processes into standardized BAC client strategies
- Help organize requirements and design sessions as needed
- Actively participate in development and delivery of associate readiness and training
Required Skills: - 3+ years' experience documenting process/product flows
- Highly proficient at using PowerPoint and Visio
- Able to manage multiple priorities and strategies in parallel
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to identify and mitigate risk
- Experience analyzing and solving complex business problems
- Ability to collaborate and influence
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Self-motivated; ability to work without lots of supervision
