Position: Client Services Manager

Reports to: US Country Manager

Location: New York City or Dallas, Tx

Compensation: Circa $150-200k total compensation

*Relationship management of Loan market clients in the US time zone, responsible for the maintenance of excellent client relationships, including running regular service review meetings and maintenance of KPI’s, when Applicable. *Assist the Commercial Directors in pitching for new transactions, provide technical expertise and be able to demonstrate all our technology solutions *Work closely with the Tech team in building out CLO compliance model for new transactions to be onboarded *Managing the Closing of new transactions by coordinating with internal and external parties *Familiar with the running of complex waterfall of payments typically found in CLO Structures *Comfortable with the calculation and reconciliation of OC, IC, WAS tests and other portfolio level testing *Ensure that the day to day administrative and operational tasks are timely and Accurate *Reviewing complex legal documentation and providing guidance to associates on all aspects of such transaction *Discuss pricing model with department head and assist Directors in providing fee quotes. *Work with the UK Head of Loan Market Solutions on cross-Atlantic opportunities Assist in the accurate billing of clients *Work with the US Country Manager and UK Head of LMS in achieving annual revenue and ACV targets for Capital Markets
