Head of Operations

• Supervisor back office operation including Loan Back Office, Treasury Back Office, Trade Finance Back Office and USD Clearing operation. • To maintain the Bank internal control standards are followed by all backoffice teams. • Partner closely with Information Technology, Front Office, Compliance, Finance and Management at all levels to ensure operational support are provided to the bank. • To ensure all Operation Policies and Procedures adhere to all local regulations, Head Office, Compliance and Audit requirements. Prior experience in banking and loan/back office operations Necessary. Salary $150-$170K + bonus
