Team Lead- Trading Execution

Vallum Associates is working on behalf of an industry leading investment bank located in New York City. That is managing over $50 billion in assets, operating for three decades in a cross asset investment strategy. With a growing head count this firms main objective is to acquire a Team Lead for their Trading Execution OMS domain.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Team Lead/ Manager developing Trading Execution Order Management Systems. With leading a team of five in this role you will be supporting cross asset Order Management Systems, working as a center figure of the team to lead in a hands on architecture of the platform. The main priority of this position is to lead a transformation project of the legacy system in place, from a single model to multi model platform. Below are essential criteria's for this position.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience working on Order Management Systems or Execution systems.
• Relevant Core Java hands on experience.
• Architectural experience / Team Lead / Management.
• Management experience working hands on with C-Suite / Stakeholders.
• Cross asset experience (Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income)
• Degree Educated.
