About the Role

Visa is looking for a curious, innovative, and driven Associate to help accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence, automation, and digital productivity solutions across the business.

The AI & Automation Associate will support teams by identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance decision-making through data and insights, and enable employees to work more efficiently through technology. The role combines business analysis, process improvement, automation, AI enablement, and stakeholder collaboration.

This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple functions, helping teams leverage emerging technologies, improve operational effectiveness, and support strategic business priorities.

Responsibilities

AI and Automation Enablement

• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive activities and improve business processes.
• Support the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of AI and automation solutions.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend practical applications to improve productivity and operational effectiveness.
• Develop user guides, training materials, and best practices to support adoption of new tools and capabilities.
• Assist teams in utilizing digital solutions and AI-powered technologies more effectively.

Data Analysis and Insights

• Gather, organize, and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvement recommendations.
• Create dashboards, reports, presentations, and business updates for stakeholders.
• Support the measurement of automation initiatives and track key performance indicators.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and actionable manner.

Business Process Improvement

• Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, or automate activities.
• Support process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document requirements, business needs, and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in developing recommendations that improve efficiency and employee experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with stakeholders across business, operations, product, technology, and support functions.
• Coordinate project activities, action plans, and follow-up activities.
• Support workshops, working sessions, and enablement initiatives.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve ways of working across teams.

Learning and Knowledge Development

• Stay informed on industry trends related to AI, automation, data analytics, and digital transformation.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Share learnings, insights, and best practices with stakeholders and colleagues.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Process Improvement, or Digital Transformation.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, dashboards, or workflow tools.
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity solutions and automation platforms.
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn emerging technologies.
• Ability to translate business challenges into scalable solutions.
