Research Consultants for Private Equity, Private Credit and Hedge Funds

Candidates:

• Blackbrook are looking for men and women that embody our values
• We are excited by relevant experience in head hunting and/or finance but don't require it. We are also excited by those that have limited experience but are excited, energetic and highly motivated to learn about corporate finance and headhunting
• Ideally a top academic track record (not necessary though). We find people with strong academics can build on this when it comes to researching and understanding the complex world of financial jargon
• Positive attitude. We want people that see opportunity in difficult situations a

Compensation

• Total comp: Can be equivalent of £60k in UK (£40k+ net base and bonus)

• (Base equivalent of £30-£40k in the UK)
• £24k-£30k Salary year 1 (DoE net – no income taxes in Dubai)
• Expectation of bonus 25%-100% annually

Day to Day:

• Blackbrook work European Hours in Dubai - 11:30am - 9pm 
• You are responsible for market coverage
• This means understanding and mapping all the candidates in a given segment
• You will need to understand the strategy of every fund
• As a researcher you are responsible for sourcing candidates for live mandates
• Also, looking to source new opportunities in the market
