Robert Half is working exclusively with a small financial services firm, based in South West London to hire a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will report to the Head of Operations and will be responsible for leading the day-today finance function, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting, robust financial controls and contributing insightful financial analysis that supports effective decision making across the business. The Finance Manager will help strengthen financial governance and drive continuous improvement across finance processes and systems. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious qualified accountant who enjoys combining technical excellence with commercial partnering and wants to help shape a growing professional services business.

The Person

The successful Finance Manager will be a qualified accountant with a couple of years of post qualified experience. The Finance Manager can have in house experience or come straight from practice. Professional or financial services experience is ideal but not essential.

Salary and Benefits

The Finance Manager will receive a salary of up to £75,000 (highly dependent on experience), plus bonus and benefits.
