Job Description

Our Restructuring team provides advice on the creation of sustainable capital structures in situation where balance sheet difficulties have arisen from a combination of refinancing challenges, liquidity pressure, and/or financial covenants.

The team has completed numerous high-profile transactions and maintains a steady flow of new and unique mandates across a range of sectors and geographies.
