• Lead execution across strategic advisory mandates (pre-IPO, exit, and listed advisory), with a focus on valuation positioning and equity story development.
• Advise senior management teams on how to position to public market investors, including "reason to buy," peer selection and valuation approach.
• Partner with capital markets teams on live transactions, ensuring alignment between strategy, messaging and investor expectations.
• Engage directly with investors, research analysts and broader market participants to inform positioning.
• Contribute to origination through idea generation and client interaction.

Profile:

• VP-level Equity Research professional with 4 - 7 years experience from a top-tier platform.
• Strong experience covering listed companies, with regular interaction C-Suite corporate clients and Institutional Investors.
• Clear ability to articulate investment cases, valuation frameworks and equity stories in a way that resonates with the buy-side.
• Motivated to move into a more advisory-led, client-facing role with direct impact on transactions and outcomes.
• Commercially minded, with an interest in working closely with cooperates, sponsors and senior stakeholders.
