What You'll Do

As a Manager - BCG Vantage, AI Cost Advantage on our Topic Activation path within BCG's AI Cost Advantage Offer, you will support the strategy and execution of the portfolio of knowledge assets, services, and expertise that make up the AI Cost Advantage business. Working closely with the Director, AI Cost Advantage you will contribute to the design, build-out, and commercialization of proprietary cost knowledge assets, tools, and expertise (many GenAI-enabled) that span Cost's functional (e.g., People & Organization, Operations, Technology & Digital Advantage) and industry domains. This includes applying product management practices, such as road-mapping, backlog prioritization, and translating business needs into specifications, to guide these tools and AI agents through their lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration. You will also support end-user adoption of these products through training and change management. You will engage directly with case teams and clients based on your individual cost expertise, translating firmwide knowledge and assets into pragmatic, tailored solutions and demonstrating differentiated impact and value-add on live engagements. As part of a growing team, you will play an active role in mentoring and developing junior team members and will support the Director in maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders across Cost and the Practice Areas that rely on cost expertise.

BCG's Cost business sits at the intersection of BCG's global Cost topic and the functional (e.g., People & Organization; Operations; Technology & Digital Advantage) and industry domains (e.g., Consumer, Healthcare) that make up BCG's holistic cost offer. The team works in close coordination across Practice Areas on Cost, helping ensure knowledge, tools, and best practices are shared and applied consistently across the firm.

Examples of Cost assets you may work on (not limited to this list):

• Cost Diagnostic tools and taxonomy frameworks (proprietary P&L baselining and cost-bucket mapping solutions)
• Unified Benchmarking Database (proprietary functional and cross-functional cost benchmarking solution)
• Cost belief-audit and expert-review frameworks (structured tools for refining and sizing savings opportunities)
• Cross-functional cost lever libraries and playbooks spanning the firm's holistic cost taxonomy
• GenAI-enabled cost advantage agents and tools
• Additional Cost expert AI agents

• Working in an ever changing and complex environment, and comfortable with ambiguity and navigating a fast-paced environment

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years consulting experience relevant to cost transformation, cost take-out, or related topics required; candidates with consulting experience preferred
• In lieu of consulting experience, 4+ years minimum industry experience required; 6-10+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
• Specialization in relevant cost topics, e.g., a specific functional area such as People & Organization, Operations, or Technology & Digital Advantage
• Experience in product management (e.g., road-mapping, backlog prioritization), translating business needs into specifications, and managing a product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration. Including AI agents and solutions.
• Experience in driving end-user adoption of new tools or platforms, including training, change management, and commercialization/go-to-market for internal products
• Understanding basic technology landscape and AI platforms
• Fluency in English
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with and manage internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment

In the US, we have a compensation transparency approach.

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.

• The base salary range for this role in Boston is $126, 400 -$132, 000

This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.

In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 20% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
