Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise data strategy, architecture, and governance
• Own data platform, pipelines, and reporting aligned to business needs
• Partner with investment, risk, and leadership teams on data initiatives
• Build and lead a high-performing data engineering/analytics team
• Ensure data quality, scalability, and reliability across systems
• Drive cloud-based data solutions and modernization efforts

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience leading data teams, ideally within financial services
• Strong hands-on background with SQL, Python, and modern data stacks
• Expertise in data architecture, warehousing, and governance
• Experience building scalable data platforms in cloud environments
• Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and business teams
• Strong communication and leadership skills
