This role is part of the Transformation & Workforce Innovation team offering consulting services to clients around the globe. As a member of this team and Aon's broader Reward & Workforce Advisory business, you will help empower results for our clients, some of the world's most innovative organizations, by detecting and fixing compensation gaps potentially attributable to gender, race/ethnicity, and other protected characteristics. You will have direct involvement in and leadership of client engagements, support the business development process, and contribute to building intellectual property.

Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position intended for U.S. applicants is $104,000 to $135,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.

Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to deliver and/or project-manage pay equity engagements
- Employ excellent consulting skills, business acumen and data analytics expertise to deliver analytics solutions, communicate insights, and advise clients in interpreting and applying findings to support their broader business objectives
- Leverage data visualization techniques and tools to effectively identify insights in the data and articulate key findings to clients and colleagues
- Run multivariate regression models to detect potential compensation discrimination based on gender, race/ethnicity, and other protected characteristics
- Communicate complex quantitative analyses in a clear, precise, and actionable manner to executive stakeholders
- Contribute to proposal writing and support sales conversations with current and prospective clients
- Support the development of Aon intellectual capital and client-specific solutions
- Contribute to the team's knowledge leadership efforts, including white papers and webinars
You Bring Knowledge and Expertise
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, Human Resources, I/O Psychology, Statistics, or related field
- 2+ years of consulting experience
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for using data to uncover insights and drive business performance
- Creative problem-solving ability, working in ambiguous situations
- Proactive, organized, and detail oriented; able to ensure rigor and accuracy while meeting deadlines
- Experience using Python, R, or other scripting languages for data manipulation and analysis
Preferred Experience:
- Graduate degree in Economics, Business, Data Science, Statistics, I/O Psychology, or a related field
- A flair for data visualization and design in Tableau, Power BI, or PowerPoint
- Experience with pay equity, workforce planning, ESG, DEI, and/or compensation
- Familiarity and experience working with large-scale workforce data
