Our client is looking for a dedicated Claims Officer to join a dynamic medical insurance claims team. This role is responsible for assessing and processing medical and hospitalization claims while ensuring compliance with policy terms, service standards, and regulatory requirements.

The Role

• Review and assess medical, hospitalization, outpatient, surgical, and critical illness claims.
• Verify claim documents, medical reports, invoices, and supporting records for claim eligibility.
• Adjudicate claims accurately in accordance with policy provisions and company guidelines.
• Liaise with policyholders, agents, brokers, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders on claim enquiries.
• Support process improvement initiatives and participate in UAT testing or system enhancement projects when required.

Your Profile

• Degree holder with minimum 2 years with relevant experience in medical insurance claims.
• Knowledge of medical insurance products, claims assessment, and policy coverage
• Ability to interpret medical reports, diagnoses, and treatment information is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
