Our client is a well-established technology and business transformation organisation with a strong presence across Hong Kong. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a technology leader to drive their Technology Solutions & Consulting practice, leading the delivery of complex digital transformation programmes, client relationships and engagements, and business growth initiatives.

Your new role

• Lead and grow the Technology Solutions & Consulting practice across Hong Kong and regional markets.
• Drive the overall business strategy, capability development, and commercial growth of the Technology Solutions & Consulting function.
• Partner with C-level stakeholders and senior business leaders to understand business challenges and develop strategic technology solutions.
• Drive consulting engagements across digital transformation, enterprise applications, AI adoption, business process transformation, and emerging technologies.
• Lead solution strategy, proposal development, client presentations, workshops, and executive-level stakeholder management.
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing consulting and solution delivery team.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and identify new business opportunities across key industry sectors.
• Collaborate closely with both technology and business teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Serve as a market-facing leader and trusted advisor, strengthening long-term client relationships and expanding strategic partnerships.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and consulting excellence.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree or above from a globally recognised university, preferably ranked within the Top 30 internationally.
• 15-20 years of experience within technology consulting, digital transformation, enterprise solutions, or related domains.
• Proven experience leading consulting, solution architecture, digital transformation, or technology advisory teams, with responsibility for business growth, client management, and people leadership.
• Strong track record within leading consulting organisations, technology advisory firms, or global system integrators such as Big 4, Accenture, IBM, or similar organisations.
• Exposure to both consulting/SI environments and in-house technology or transformation functions would be highly advantageous.
• Broad technology consulting exposure across areas including but not limited to digital transformation, enterprise applications, AI, data & analytics, cloud, cybersecurity, or emerging technologies.
• Exposure to leading complex consulting engagements and overseeing programme delivery teams across large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Exceptional client-facing, presentation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Demonstrated executive presence and the ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with C-suite stakeholders and strategic clients.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience supporting business development, solution shaping, and practice growth initiatives.
• Demonstrated track record of accelerated career progression and recognition as a high-potential leader within a consulting, technology advisory, or transformation environment.
• Proven ability to build, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership presence, business acumen, and personal charisma to engage effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
